The Accident Database, as its name would suggest, contains information on 13,000 records of accidents and close calls in industry. A trial version of the database can be searched, as with the full version, by keyword in five categories: industrial activity, cause, equipment, result, and substance. The database, compiled from decades worth of incident records, is produced by the UK's Institute of Chemical Engineers whose aim is to help those entering potentially similar conditions to avoid the consequences reported.

The microwave-assisted organic synthesis (MAOS) website brings together a database of such reactions as well as providing a background on the underlying principles of microwave chemistry.
